Joceline Molina
Legal Assistant
Joceline Molina has been a Case Manager at ZLG since September 2023. She recently moved from California to Minnesota. Her first language is Spanish, and she learned English in school. Joceline earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles and obtained her paralegal certificate from UCLA.
Joceline began thinking about a career in the legal field at a young age as she wanted to fight for people’s rights. She became interested in immigration law because of her parents, who were immigrants that have since become naturalized citizens. She also wants to provide relief to the children of undocumented individuals because no child should have to worry about being separated from their parents or worried about returning to a dangerous country. She enjoys Immigration law because it truly has deeply significant effects on people’s lives, people come to our office with no options left or think they have no options and we give them hope and change their entire lives. She also enjoys learning about different cultures, attitudes, and personal histories. People think that because we have different backgrounds, we won’t be able to relate but she has found that we are all motivated by safety, love, and happiness. Her favorites type of cases are O-Visas, K-Visas, and One Steps.
During her free time, she attends car shows or racing events and is trying to find the best tacos in Minnesota.
