Eva Moline

Law Clerk

Eva Moline is a Law Clerk and has worked at ZLG since August 2022. Though she is only a fluent speaker of English, she is actively working on improving her Spanish proficiency.

Eva is originally from St. Paul and attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities for her undergraduate degree in English. After graduation, she taught English to adult learners in China, Australia, and Minnesota, including nearly four years at Neighborhood House on St. Paul’s West Side. Her work with immigrant communities as a teacher was her inspiration for attending law school, and in her future career as an attorney she hopes to continue to help people like her former students.

As a student at the University of Minnesota Law School, Eva has been active with the Asylum Law Project and is a student attorney in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. She also previously interned with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and the International Institute of Minnesota. Eva is looking forward to gaining more experience with a variety of cases, as well as helping clients and their families navigate the immigration system.

In her free time, Eva enjoys yoga, indoor rock climbing, travel, and studying Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
